This is my favorite recipe of anti inflammatory hummus. I eat it almost every day right now. Hope you will like it!
Recipe: Hummus with turmeric
2 dl chickpeas
3/4 dl tahini
1 garlic clove
1/2 squeezed lemon
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
3 tablespoons olive oil
0.5 dl water (start with little and add more if you like)
Salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients into a smooth hummus. Eat and enjoy!
