Mie Aceh is available in 3 types, namely Mie Aceh Tumis, Mie Aceh Goreng, and Mie Aceh Kuah. As a complement to the dish, Mie Aceh is usually added with chips, cucumber, sliced red onion, and lime.

One of the things I really like is the stir-fried noodles. The soup is thick and rich in spices.

In general, Acehnese noodles have a thicker and more yellow texture and are not easily mushy even though they are cooked with sauce, so Acehnese noodles are no longer in doubt both in taste and quality so that they attract local and foreign tourists to try to experience the pleasures of Acehnese noodles.
