🌿 GREEN SMOOTHIE OF THE DAY: Cleansing Anti-oxidant Morning Blast 🌿

Good morning fellow steampunks. I hope you are having a great start of the new year. We sure are. My 2 best friends got married the other day and it was so much fun. We took a boat to a deserted small beach on the Kampot river and had an amazing time.

Not too serious, very private, great people, bbq and tons of fun. And the best part, steampunk outfit... too bad my friend couldn't join me in the Victorian fun.... 6-months pregnant from a fast-growing baby boy...

🌿 Cleansing Anti-oxidant Morning Blast 🌿


Ingredients


1 carrot
1 stalk of celery
3 cups spinach
1 big banana, frozen
1 avocado
3 passionfruit
Fresh ginger and turmeric to taste
Fresh mint leaves to taste
Goji berries and coconut flakes (optional topping)
Water as needed

Directions


  1. Blend spinach, mint, and water until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base and blend again. If you have a high-speed blender you can blend everything at once.
  2. Optional: top with superfoods/toppings of your choice.
