If you happen to be in Florence, you have to eat one of these. 1,4 kg of quality meat, what can beat that? You may think there is nothing special about it, just a T-Bone steak, but it’s a famous national dish, which you can get all over Italy nowadays and it is made of one of the oldest cattle breeds in the world - Chianina, which is also one of the best ones. If you don’t need fancy or extraordinary restaurant, I would recommend “La Fettunta”. Even though it’s just down the street from Uffizi Gallery, it doesn’t seem to be too touristic, which is perfect.
