Protein Muesli & Greek Yoghurt
For all you fitness enthusiasts, this is my Part 1 of High Protein Breakfasts.
A lot of people skip breakfast, but as it's commonly said breakfast is the most important meal of the day!
So for today's post I am showing you how to make Protein Muesli & Greek Yoghurt.
Ingredients:
- 25g Protein Powder (one serving/1 scoop)
- 200g Greek Yoghurt
- Muesli (one serving)
The brands that I used are down below. I have included the nutritional information:
Simply take a bowl and add 25g (1 scoop) of Protein Powder and add it to 200g of Greek Yoghurt. Mix until blended together and then add a serving of Muesli.
This is a great way to kick start your morning by getting in a lot of Protein, which will keep you satiated and give you lots of energy to start your day off!
