Shallow water and high waves today at the beach during the Triatle training. I went worried for the calf pain but ran - short distances - nearly painless. Meanwhile it looks like my airco in my bedroom

A second Triatle training and it will be a second week with two running sessions. It's still only 4* 600m and no high pace, but I've increased it a bit anyway to see the impact and to be able to run a

First laser run training in our winter setting, first one with my own pistol and almost no pain in the Achilles heel and acceptable pace .... Bring it on! #alive This report was published via Actifit app

Even though tomorrow we're having the Spanish championships Biatle, today was the moment to try some series and why not... some swimming on top... Everything to serve the larger objective which is the

A first triatle training and even though I've been training the whole summer, doing slightly different things and use slightly different muscles, it starts to get difficult... Shooting, swimming, running

Today the warm up was crap, but during our competition I shot 4/4. I ran like it were for my life and like this I clicked a wonderful time, the best since we started this kind of competitions in training.

A very long day today and arriving in the hotel after dinner around midnight, I haven't been able to make the "yesterday's post".... Sorry guys but it has been an intense day with fencing, obstacles,

Not my best competition day today. Even though I won 10 out of 45 games, I've ended last in fencing. After that the obstacles I couldn't pass, which was expected but it doesn't ease the pain... Tomorrow

It looks like my days without doing sports are even more exhausting than the ones when I do train... Today just a normal stressy day at the office but afterwards hurrying to catch the plane to Barcelona

Today was the big appointment for the winter for my daughter Claudia: the national championship Cross country in Getafe, Madrid. Fortunately I started to compete the Pentathlon League as well in Madrid

I'm sure I've caught this one on the last day of 2024! Even though I was prepared and tried to avoid it. But maybe anyway I've stayed one minute too much outside after running. But like I told, I've been

For me some shopping, for Claudia an extremely busy day with swimming, running, shooting, fencing and obstacles... I'm quite proud on her that she does this and I think it's great that the gets the chance

Today was the second competition in our small club league with apart from the small children almost as many categories as there are participants... That's why we take it more as a training than as a

Finally we got our first laser run competition which did not go very well for the shooting part because of no practicing, but we'll take these series for practicing for the triatle championship in June!

Yesterday apparently I forgot to post my Actifit post about my own Pentathlon competition - I'll write something about it one of the coming days - but today it was the Spanish championship for the children!

Like last week we did some running-shooting repetitions in an old school to prepare for the modern Pentathlon competition of Saturday for me and the Spanish championship for the children on Sunday.
