うつの状態が良くなってきた
大分、うつの状態が良くなってきた。ウォーキングも出来るし、作業時間も2.5時間MAXで出来るようになった。それは、まるで暗いトンネルから抜け出せたようでもある。この次に、待っているのは躁状態である。 僕は、躁状態かうつ状態かのどちらかである。真ん中がないので困っている。凪のような状態は皆無と言っていいくらいである。躁状態の時に、どれだけ自分をコントロール出来るかがカギとなってくる。

自分自身を認める
うつの状態が快方に向かっていたと思っていたら違っていた。作業所に行くのがやっとのことである。こんな状態だから、作業は出来ずに、ただ、昼までいて弁当を食べて帰った。 帰ってから、あまりにもしんどいので横になる。13時半から17時まで眠っていた。朝まで眠っていたと勘違いして、寝過ごしたと思い慌てて支度をしていたけれど、時間を見ると、まだ、17時過ぎであった。

何歳になっても
暗いばかりのブログが続いていた。それだけ、今回のうつは酷かったのである。少しだけでも、明るい要素のあるブログを書けたらよかったのにと思う。しかし、うつ病のことだけが、僕の頭の中でフォーカスされていたので、他の話題は思いつかなかった。

うつから抜け出すには
うつの状態が酷い。僕の場合はうつが酷いとよく眠る。しかし睡眠の質は悪い。だから、眠っていてもしんどさが残る。この状態がいつまで続くのかが分からない。明日になれば、元気になっているかもしれないし、もっとひどい状態になっているのかもしれない。それは、神のみぞ知るといった状況である。

うつになる
昨日から、うつの状態が酷くなった。主治医にそのことを伝えると、このまま、うつの状態が続けば入院をしなければならないと言われた。今日も、同じようにうつの状態が酷いので、作業所に行ったものの30分しか作業が出来なかった。職員に話をして、今日はゆっくりと家で休んだらと言ってくれたので、お言葉に甘えて作業所を後にした。

躁うつ病の状態が悪化している。
躁うつ病の状態が悪化している。今は、うつ状態だが、昼間は躁状態だった。一日の中で、躁状態やうつ状態がコロコロと変わるのには精神的にしんどい。何もしたくないという気持ちが今は強い。 しかし、徐々に、精神的に高揚し始めている。ここから、一気に躁状態に変わるだろう。今までの経験上分かる。そういうときの対処方法はじっとしていることである。躁状態になると行動的になる。そういう衝動を抑えていかなければならない。

躁状態になる
夜中にトイレで目が覚めた。それから眠れない。就寝したのは昨夜の23時だから、3時間も寝ていない。うつ状態から躁状態へと変わった。躁状態になると、僕は眠ることが出来ない。寝つきも悪くなってしまう。 こんな状況が2週間近く続く。下手したら1か月近くも続く場合がある。眠れないから、集中力も続かないし凡ミスが続く。だから、躁状態になったら、作業をするときには、慎重に物事を進めなければならない。
