OCD POSH Curation Report #1461

Hello everyone! This is the 1461st compilation post of OCD POSH Curation initiative. Due to the changes in Twitter's API, the automatic comments generated by @poshtoken once you share a Hive post to Twitter have been stopped. This doesn't mean that PoSH nominations will stop. Instead of relying on the automated comment, we can revert to manual checking and curation as a temporary measure while the PoSH website has been worked on.

With this new scheme, you can just share a Hive post to your Twitter account and then comment the Twitter link to the compilation posts like this. The usual PoSH nomination rules will apply like the Hive post should not be yours. You can check the full rules at the end of this post. I decided to prepare this dish because I am an assiduous consumer of lasagna, in all its presentations. However, I have had to eliminate flour from my table for health reasons. So I began to investigate several ways to prepare delicious menus, without having to use any type of flour.

This recipe is very common when it comes to diets, in fact, I had prepared them before, but I never stopped thinking about the pasta sheets, because I always fell back into the vice. I tell you that I have discovered a technique, so that the eggplants really look like pasta sheets. With this technique, I will be able to combine a great variety of lasagnas and eggplants, so let's get to work!
