Mango Jelly Ice Pudding

Jelly Ingredients
1 mango nutrijel
Sugar and water to taste (according to nutrijel packaging / taste
Pudding Material
2 mangoes, peeled, diced
1 pack to be plain
Granulated Sugar to taste
250 ml SKM white
1000 ml of water
500 ml of liquid milk
1 sachet of sweet orange Nutrisari
2 sachets of mango Nutrisari
1 tablespoon mango Sunquick
Topping: Whipped cream and mango chunks
How to make

  1. Make jelly according to the packaging instructions, let it harden, diced
  2. Cook granulated sugar, agar and water, bring to a boil until the sugar has dissolved, add SKM and liquid milk, cook briefly while stirring, remove from heat.
  3. If it's warm add the nutrisari, mango sunquick, mango chunks and jelly, stir well. Pour in serving glasses, let set, toppings and serve cold
