Mango Jelly Ice Pudding
Jelly Ingredients
1 mango nutrijel
Sugar and water to taste (according to nutrijel packaging / taste
Pudding Material
2 mangoes, peeled, diced
1 pack to be plain
Granulated Sugar to taste
250 ml SKM white
1000 ml of water
500 ml of liquid milk
1 sachet of sweet orange Nutrisari
2 sachets of mango Nutrisari
1 tablespoon mango Sunquick
Topping: Whipped cream and mango chunks
How to make
- Make jelly according to the packaging instructions, let it harden, diced
- Cook granulated sugar, agar and water, bring to a boil until the sugar has dissolved, add SKM and liquid milk, cook briefly while stirring, remove from heat.
- If it's warm add the nutrisari, mango sunquick, mango chunks and jelly, stir well. Pour in serving glasses, let set, toppings and serve cold
