Everyone needs someone, but not everyone gets the privilege of meeting the right people who create and leave an impact in their lives. On the Blockchain blogging platform, building relationships is a necessary tool for growth but it transcends beyond that to building relationships with the right people. Not all who started blogging are still here. Take a poll of those actively blogging and one answer will remain constant, they are still here because they have built a relationship that has become a good support system.

Talking about friends I've made on the Blockchain transports me down memory lane with beautiful memories. When I first started my blogging journey on steemit blockchain i was as clueless as clueless can be until I came across some amazing people like ogoowinner@ogoowinner, samminator@samminator, samest@samest adoore-eu@adoore-eu blessedman939@blessedman939 drigweeu@drigweeu eurogee@eurogee smyle@smyle. These people tutored me on how to become an excellent blogger. Having been around for a while, they knew the ropes and never hesitated showing me a few tricks.

A lot of the shows I hosted back on steemit were thanks to them. Attending steemit shows was fun as I looked forward to making new friends. It was on one such occasion I met momogrow@momogrow and imramsoudagar@imramsoudagar and our friendship grew beyond just talking about blogging to sharing personal life experiences and looking out for each other. The stach community and mustard@mustard were always there with their votes to keep the motivation on. I would have mentioned a lot of names but the hard fork messed things up and most of them can't seem to find their way back to blogging but we are still friends doing other hustles on the blockchain.

After hive hard fork, I gave up on blogging but friendship with these amazing people continued on social media platforms until samest@samest convinced me to join uptrennd, another blockchain blogging platform and there I met another set of amazing individuals. I met dreemsteem@dreemsteem and she became not just a friend but also a sister. She is strong willed and very selfless. dreemsteem@dreemsteem places others first before herself. Sticking around her is a recipe for growth and a positive lifestyle. She made me a part of a family at uptrennd university which metamorphosed into Dreemport and there I met other great individuals.

I met samsmith1971@samsmith1971 on Dreemport, a woman with kind words. Reading her posts everyday leaves me with a refreshing new feeling and every comment comes with a gift ♥️. There is tengolotodo@tengolotodo, who happens to be the people's person. My comment section is our friendship corner and you won't believe how much we've learnt about each other just by commenting and replying to each other's posts. There is hopestylist@hopestylist, the little angel with a light of her own spreading hope wherever she goes and prechyrukky@prechyrukky, a sweetheart. She is that friend that gives you a reason to continue even when you do not see any reason to. Although I feel like this time she needs more push than she gives.

My friends on blockchain wouldn't be complete without mentioning princessbusayo@princessbusayo. Our friendship started as a teacher-student relationship on uptrennd, on hive however she seems to be the teacher and I the student😀. She's so easy to talk with and painstakingly shows you everything you need to know. olawalium@olawalium has always been there from day one. I run to him whenever writer's block hits and I trust him to shake my brain until an idea falls off. iconnellys@iconnellys is another great individual, very selfless and always ready to assist. Thank you for all you do.

Although davidbright@davidbright is my brother, on the hive blockchain, he's a friend who comes through all the time. He guided me after I found my way back to blogging and discovered I was suddenly clueless 😀.

On hive blockchain, I haven't made quite a lot of friends because I'm just a few months old. I started blogging three months back and have made a lot of acquaintances who hopefully, someday will become great friends of mine just like my steemit days.

Here is my entry into Hive Learner's weekly writing contest
