Avocado is a tasty, but finicky thing. As a rule, after the purchase you need to wait until the fruit ripens and becomes soft, but it is worth turning away - and now it has soured and turned brown. Today I want to share a trick that was brilliant in its simplicity to keep the avocado in perfect condition for months.

Recently I heard somewhere that supermarkets sell frozen avocados, but could not find them in stores nearby. So the idea came up to do the same thing on my own - and it worked so well that I decided to share it with you all. The procurement process is simple:

  • Peel the avocado from the pit and peel and cut into slices of the desired thickness and size.
  • Put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and send them in the freezer for a day.
  • After that, take out the frozen pieces, collect them in one bag and continue to store in the freezer.

And it's all! You will now have a supply of delicious green avocados all year round. Since the pieces were frozen separately, they will not stick together, and you can get exactly as many slices as you need.

The most enjoyable part is the taste of such a workpiece is no different from a fresh product. This is also a great way to save money : you can buy a lot of avocados at a discount right away and have them for several months.

Thanks for a visit.
