I gotta give it to you, the only tomatoes I eat are cherry tomatoes. The small, packed with juices and sweetness cherry tomatoes. Although this week's contest will be about tomatoes, you can also use cherry tomatoes if you like. Incorporating tomatoes into a dish would be a challenge because of the flavor the tomatoes gives, sweet and sour.
For this contest, you must cook up a dish that contains this ingredient, tomatoes. Share with us your recipe and your cooking process. I can't wait!
