Necessary materials
Hilsa (Jhatka)
Chop onion
Green chillies
Garlic paste
Turmeric powder
Chili powder
Cumin powder
Salt and edible oil
Step-1
First, I rubbed turmeric powder and salt well in the fish.
Step-2
Now fry the fish well in oil.
Step-3
Now add chopped onions and chopped raw chillies in the oil.
Step-4
Now add the garlic batter in the fry pan.
Step-5
Then I gave all the masala ingredients.
Final Step
Finally add the fried fish to the spices and mix well. Stir for 5-6 minutes then remove from the oven.
