Ingredients needed
馃尰_6 slice of bread or more
馃尰 _Small sized cabbage
馃尰 _Two fingers of carrot
馃尰 _Little quantity of cucumber
馃尰 _little quantity of green peas
馃尰 _I full cup of groundnut oil
馃尰 _Vegetable salad cream
You can add as many vegetables that are available to you.
Duration
This is a quick and easy meals that takes about 10 minutes to make if your vegetables were cut at the market like mine.
I bought the already cut vegetables direct from the market which made it less time consuming.
Procedure
Below are the processes of making this Exquisite bread cabbage roll.
馃憠 Cut out the edges of your bread using a sharp knife and a cutting board.
馃憠 Using a rolling pin , roll your bread till very flat and set aside.
馃憠 Cut your cabbage, carrot, peas and other vegetables and combine
馃憠 Add the vegetable salad cream to the combined cabbage mix with a spoon and set aside
馃憠 add the mixed cabbage to the flattened bread and roll .
馃憠add oil to the tip so it sticks together.
馃憠 In a deep pot, add your groundnut oil and allow it to get hot a little.
馃憠 add the rolled bread and fry till golden brown , remove from oil
馃憠Serve with any juice of your choice or eat as snacks.
