My name is Yuko.
Please call me Kitchen Yuko.
I management the incubation kitchen, in Nagoya.
And the franchised chain is at Jiyugaoka in Tokyo.
Our chain name is "Startup-Kitchen".
"Starup-Kitchen" are two stores, in Nagoya and Tokyo.
They are incubation kitchens.
They have concessions of food and sweets.
I will explain them in more detail later.
Return to the story, I studied architecture in Institute of Technology.
I worked at a home builder, sold a home.
After, I studied dietetics at the vocational school.
Now, I am a mother of my sone.
He is two years old, so cute:)

きっちん木村です＾＾
日本人ユーザーあるあるかもしれませんが、ALISとsteemitの間で揺れている現在です笑
仲間モトム。

名古屋で菓子製造/飲食店営業許可付きシェアキッチン"すたーとあっぷきっちん"を営んでいます。
東京の自由が丘/都立大学にパートナーさんが現れ、2018年夏に2店舗になりました。
他には、地元の大学を出てハウスメーカーさんに拾って頂きました。
住宅の図面を考えたり、販売をしたり（高い買い物だ…！）。
そのあと専門学校に行って、栄養士の勉強をしたり。
現在は一児の母です。が、よく両親にお願いして仕事（シェアキッチンなどなど）に行ってしまう不良母です。
「自分の困ったを解決したい！」をきっかけにシェアキッチンを始めました。
実は最初ALISからこの世界（ブロックチェーンベースのブログサイト）に入りました。
「なんだか面白いプラットホームが生まれるらしいぞ！」
と、Twitterでプレスリリースのシェアが流れてきたことをきっかけに知って、名古屋の仮想通貨界隈の伝道師さんmarcoさん（ https://steemit.com/@marcomedia ）に改めて教えて頂いて、今に至っています。
