Ingredientes:
3 huevos
165gr de harina de trigo
135gr de azúcar
75g de mantequilla
85ml de agua
1 cucharada de vainilla
1 1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
Paso a paso:

Hello, and good evening to everyone; I hope you all had a lovely Sunday with your loved ones... Step by step, I’ve been overcoming my lack of confidence in baking, and I finally took the plunge—I made a vanilla Bundt cake... This type of cake was something I’d been wanting to make for a long time; I bought a Bundt pan and got to work...
Ingredients:
3 eggs
165 g all-purpose flour
135 g sugar
75 g butter
85 ml water
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Step-by-Step:
First, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form using an electric mixer; once stiff peaks form, add 5 cucarachas of sugar and continue beating. You’ll notice a firm, smooth mixture—like a cloud.
Beat the butter until slightly softened, then add the sugar and continue beating; finally, add the 3 egg yolks and mix until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
Add the flour and water mixture along with the vanilla in equal parts, and fold in using a spatula
Finish by folding the stiffly beaten egg whites into the mixture using a folding motion from the outside in
Prepare the pan and pour in the mixture; place it in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
Once it’s done, remove it from the pan and let it cool... I sprinkled a little powdered sugar on top to decorate it.
As you can see in the photos, it turned out so pretty and fluffy.
