Sigo consintiendo a los ni帽os con esta f谩cil y divertida receta. Espero les gusten y lo disfruten.

Ingredientes / Ingredients: 馃敧
- 1 taza de agua, 2 cucharadas de gelatina sin sabor, 2 cucharadas de de gelatina de fresa, 2 claras de huevo, 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla, 1 taza de az煤car, 1 cucharada de glucosa, 1/2 cucharada de az煤car glass, 2 cucharadas de maicena, 1/2 cucharada de aceite.
- 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin, 2 tablespoons of strawberry gelatin, 2 egg whites, 1 tablespoon of essence vanilla, 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon glucose, 1/2 tablespoon icing sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/2 tablespoon oil.
Preparaci贸n / Preparation: 馃崿
- Tibiar el agua. Separar el agua en dos partes, colocar en una taza la gelatina sin sabor para que hidrate y dejar por 10 minutos.
- Warm the water. Separate the water into two parts, place the unflavored gelatin in a cup to hydrate and leave for 10 minutes.
- Con la otra parte del agua tibia, le agregamos la glucosa y llevamos al fuego por 5 min.
- With the other part of the warm water, add the glucose and cook for 5 minutes.
- Luego unir las dos mezclas, se retira del fuego y se deja reposar. A帽adir la esencia de vainilla.
- Then join the two mixtures, remove it from the heat and let it rest. Add the vanilla essence.
- Agregar la az煤car a las claras y batir.
- Add the sugar to the whites and beat.
- Batir las claras a punto de nieve.
- Beat the whites until stiff.
- Incorporar la gelatina de fresa.

- Aceitar el molde y verter la mezcla.

- Dejar reposar por lo menos 1 hora a temperatura ambiente.
- Let stand for at least 1 hour at room temperature.
- Cortar en cuadritos.

- Preparar una mezcla de la az煤car pulverizada con la maicena.
