Coloqu茅 la harina de ma铆z en una taza, agregue sal, agua y mezcla hasta que qued贸 compacta; tom茅 porciones, di forma redondeada y llev茅 a fre铆r en aceite caliente volteando por ambos lados.
Por otra parte fre铆r el huevo, una vez que las arepas estuvieron lista las serv铆 acompa帽ada con un poco de mantequilla y agregu茅 a la preparaci贸n un guiso de carne molida
