Quiero compartirles la receta de un almuerzo poco tradicional que prepare en casa el día de hoy; se trata de unas arepas frita acompañadas con un huevo y un poco de carne molida guisada que tenía guardada en mi refrigerador jejeje; les muestro la preparación

Coloqué la harina de maíz en una taza, agregue sal, agua y mezcla hasta que quedó compacta; tomé porciones, di forma redondeada y llevé a freír en aceite caliente volteando por ambos lados.
Por otra parte freír el huevo, una vez que las arepas estuvieron lista las serví acompañada con un poco de mantequilla y agregué a la preparación un guiso de carne molida
I put the cornmeal in a bowl, added salt and water, and mixed it until it formed a firm dough; I took portions of the dough, shaped them into rounds, and fried them in hot oil, flipping them over on both sides.
