Despu茅s de retirar la concha de la berenjena, la cort茅 en bastones, la lav茅 y la dej茅 en remojo por 10 minutos en agua con sal esto para extraer el amargor, luego deseche el agua, la lav茅 nuevamente; por otro lado cort茅 tambi茅n el piment贸n en bastones, tres dientes de ajo, todo esto lo llev茅 a sofre铆r en aceite bien caliente volteando por ambos lados, sazon茅 con sal y adobo hasta que todos los vegetales estuvieron cocidos, deje reposar por un momento y llev茅 a una trituradora
