Esta rutina la realice por el echo que me gusta siempre durante mis dias entrenar temprano o en las noches, en este caso fue en la mañana junto con una caminanta al cerro aprovechando realizar abds de forma continua para terminar de quemar ese mini cardio que realizamos. Espero les guste y cualquier duda recuerden comentar!!🔥
