Hola mis amigos espero se encuentren muy bien, hoy quiero hablarles de un tema muy sensible y es sobre el aborto espontaneo, recién vi que estaban tocando el tema pero no lo había visto desde cerca hasta ahora.
Tengo una colega que se llama Ana Isabel, así le decimos para diferenciarla ya que hay varias con el nombre de Ana en el trabajo, ella se casó hace dos años y por fin tuvieron la bendición de salir embarazados de su primer bebe quien se llamaría “Matías”.

Asustados y sin tener vehículo se alistan y se van caminando hasta el “Hospital Simón Bolívar” de la comunidad de la Cruz, que era lo más cercano, estuvieron un rato esperando un taxi o alguien que los pudiera socorrer pero no tuvieron suerte por la hora, así que decidieron caminar lo más rápido que pudieron.
Everything was going great until one night Ana began to feel a little pain in her belly and to feel hot, she went to bed, then in the early hours of the morning she woke up with a strong pain that she could not stand and had a high fever, Ignacio her husband accompanied her to the bathroom and on the way Ana began to bleed and to throw blood clots.

Ana en cuestiones de segundo ya estaba prendida en fiebre y temblaba, llegaron al centro de salud media hora después ya que no podían ir rápido por las condiciones en que ella se encontraba.
Apenas ingresa a la emergencia es atendida rápidamente por el personal médico de guardia, mientras Ignacio asustado logró contactarnos y nos fuimos todos sus amigos al hospital, horas después nos avisaron que Ana había sufrido un aborto espontaneo y se encontraba delicada de salud.

Ignacio estaba destrozado ante la pérdida de su primer hijo mientras lo invadía la angustia ya que no podía ver a Ana, fue un ambiente de mucha tensión y tristeza para todos.
Pasado el tiempo los médicos indicaron que Ana se encontraba bien de salud, estaba fuera de peligro pero había sido sedada para que durmiera un poco y se recuperara ya que no paraba de llorar.
Ignacio was devastated at the loss of his first child and was overcome with anguish because he could not see Ana, it was an atmosphere of great tension and sadness for everyone.
After some time the doctors indicated that Ana was in good health, she was out of danger but had been sedated so that she could sleep a little and recover since she could not stop crying.
Luego como tres horas después pasamos a verla, ella estaba desconsolada por perder a su bebe, Ana acababa de cumplir 5 meses de embarazo, los médicos habían realizado en ella cirugía para extirpar los restos del aborto ya que tuvo un sangrado persistente. Los Médicos le indicaron tratamiento farmacológico y reposo absoluto por 15 días.
En entrevista con la Dra. Karina Orocopey sobre las causas del aborto espontaneo ella me indicó que pueden ser variadas, una de ellas es cuando el feto interrumpe su desarrollo siendo la causa principal asociada a factores genéticos.

En cuanto a los síntomas del aborto la especialista indicó que los más frecuentes son el sangrado vaginal y el dolor de abdomen.

“Las mujeres que ya han tenido un aborto tienen más probabilidades de abortar una segunda vez, y las que han tenido dos abortos tienen más posibilidades de sufrir un tercero” indicó la especialista.

En cuanto al Diagnostico la Dra. Explicó “El diagnóstico de certeza se establece al realizar una ecografía (a ser posible vaginal), que evidencia que el corazón del feto ha dejado de latir. En algunos casos, puede ser necesario realizar unos análisis de sangre para determinar los niveles de las hormonas del embarazo”.
Sobre el tratamiento de las mujeres que sufren un aborto la especialista dijo que cuando inicia el aborto espontaneo no se puede detener y el feto y el líquido amniótico deben ser expulsados.

Indicó “Sí, existe un 85 por ciento de las mujeres que sufren abortos espontáneos tienen después embarazos normales. Sin embargo, las mujeres que han sufrido un aborto espontáneo tienen más probabilidades de que se repita que las mujeres que nunca lo han sufrido”.
