Hello everyone! Today I am going to share a @tasteem review of a restaurant I went to a few days ago. It is called Laksa Power Teluk Bahang and it is located in Penang Island, Malaysia.

This is the name board of the restaurant that I snapped from the opposite side of the road. Laksa is a famous local food made of noodles and savoury curry soup. However, I am not a big fan of laksa. So, I tried a different food called rojak.

This is a picture of the tools and fruits the seller used to make rojak.

The restaurant was quite spacious to accommodate many people. It was also clean.

I took another picture of the restaurant while zooming into the background so that the lens will focus on the sea. It was located right next to the sea which was a few metres away. The gate on the right leads right to the seaside.

My family and I have already had our lunch in a different restaurant. So, we did not order anything heavy. We just got a set of rojak to try for the first time. It tasted great as the seller added many fruits and made a tasty sauce to go with it. For those of you who don't know what rojak is, it is basically a salad made of fruits and vegetables and it is eaten with a sweet, spicy and sour sauce.

We liked it so much that we ordered a second set. I recall trying rojak in two other places during my visit to Penang but none of them were as good as this.

This is a closer look of the rojak. By the way, the rojak was cheap and it was priced around RM 2.00 (0.48 USD).

This is the beach nearby. We could hear the sea waves when we sat in the restaurant. There were not many people strolling on the beach at the time as it was in the afternoon. However, a small number of people were doing some boating activities.

This is a part of the sea where there was a large mountain at the edge.

Someone left a boat at the sea. I thought of capturing it. Overall, both the restaurant and hospitality of the owner were good. The next time I visit, I will give the laksa a try. Thank you for checking my post out and have a great day ahead =)
