I determined not to attend the Shanghai Marathon.
First, my left knee has always been a little bit of uncomfortable. I’m worried that if I continue to run and finish a full marathon (42.195km), my left knee would be hurt and I could never be able to run again. I said before that running is an antidote for depression. If I did not run any more, I can not imagine what would happen.
Second, I’m bored with the current situation and worry about the rest of my life. I think I need to figure out what’s important to me. When running a long distance, it takes me more than two hours to finish it. I don’t want to spend more time on it; I need to put more energy on the most important thing.
Given that running is the necessary part of my life and I want to become better, I’ve made a decision to run 10km every day. I hope I can do it.
