- 3 protein
- 150g of fine sugar
- 1 part hour. starch
- 1 part hour. lemon juice
- vanillin on the tip of the knife
- berries (strawberries, raspberries)
- Cream whipping cream or ready-made whipped cream (optional)
Preheat the oven to 130C. Separate the proteins from the yolks (dry knife, if you break it, put it in a dry bowl). Beat with a mixer or a whisk on a hand blender to a thick white mass, when the corona itself will leave a clear trace in the protein foam. Put in the sugar (you can pre-grind it in powder). Beat to shine and completely dissolve. Pour starch, lemon juice and vanillin. Beat for a few more minutes.
Cover the pan with parchment paper. Pencil draw a circle and put the "dough" dessert in a circle, in the form of a basket or nest. Bake for 55-60 minutes at 130C. Then another 5-6 minutes at 170C.
Berries are washed and dried. You can sprinkle with aromatic alcohol - liqueur, rum, sprinkle a little sugar. Baked "cake" to cool. Whip the cream or use the ready, stuffing the middle. Lay out the fruit and serve. Winter variant - you can use bananas, pomegranate, citrus fruits, instead of berries.
