Cioppino is a fish and shellfish stew that originated from San Francisco, it is really easy to put together assuming you have all the proper ingredients. The usual suspects inside of the Cioppino includes shrimp, mussels or clams and the addition of some kind of white fish such as halibut or sea bass. Recently I ordered this rich and flavorful dish from one of my new local italian restaurants. I intend to prepare this dish at home in the near future. Enjoy
