馃 S茅 Catedral Santa Maria - Exterior / Viseu City - Riding Portugal by
@onyfestContinuing our discovery of Viseu we went to Adro da S茅, one of the most emblematic places in the city, it is an experience that reveals the city's deep cultural and religious heritage. It is a large square located in the historic center, surrounded by historic buildings that tell the story of the city over the centuries. In the center of this space, the majestic S茅 Cathedral of Viseu stands out and also a cross with the coat of arms of Bishop D.J煤lio de Oliveira.

馃 Sahara desert, Morocco by
@lapetraAfter experiencing the beautiful city of Fes, we headed to the Merzouga, a small village in the Sahara desert. It was an exhausting and long bus ride, but we happily made it there. It was 5 am when we came so we headed to our accommodation and immediately fell asleep. The next morning, we ate a delicious Moroccan traditional breakfast and then spoke with the accommodation owner who told us everything about the tours in the desert. We took a tour for 130 euros for two and it included many things: a crazy ride through the desert with a 4x4 car while visiting one village, nomads and an area with lots of fossils, 1-hour camel ride to the camp in the heart of the desert, sleeping in the camp and experiencing Berber lifestyle, dinner and breakfast, sandboarding and 1-hour camel ride back. It was so crazy to experience all of this and I just can't describe how happy we were. I will show you some photos we took on our journey in the desert and share our impression and stories. Enjoy!

It's true that the region is more known for the famous Bran Castle also known as the house of Dracula, but while that can be found still within the same county, a visit to the city itself is no less interesting and there are plenty of things to do just for a single day trip, as I and my boyfriend had. During my college years, I used to take train rides to Brasov pretty often so I was sort of familiar with this place. But since I moved to a completely different part of the country I travelled a lot less to Brasov. Plus, my boyfriend has never been in this city so it was a pretty good excuse to get our train rides for a one-day trip. And since I am usually the one who makes the plan for what to see when visiting a place, I thought about sharing this on here as well.
