Hello my loving Asean Hive community
Yesterday I told you how to make a mother's day card with color paper. I just made diy with paper craft these days. Today I came back with a delicious snack. What I made today was the pillow shape potato fries. My brother really likes potato fries. He asked me to make some fries for him today, so I made a pillow shape potato fries for him today. I used pure corn flour instead of tempura flour to make pillow shape potato fries today. This pillow shape potato fries are easy to make and lovely and delicious. And you don't need a lot of ingredients, so you can easily make it at home. Let me first tell you about the ingredients needed to make this pillow shape potato fries. Let's get started!
Ingredients-
• potato
• pure corn flour
• salt
• wheat flour
• cooking oil
Step-1
Because the potatoes I use are small, I use seven potatoes. I thoroughly washed the potatoes with water. To make it easier to peel the potatoes, I a little cut them in half with a knife.
Step-2
Then I boiled all the potatoes in water. After boiling until the potatoes are soft, I peeled them. Then I put all those potatoes in a bowl and crush using fork.
After crushing everything, you will get something like the image above.
Step-3
I added 2 tablespoons of pure corn flour, 2 tablespoons of wheat flour and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Then mix everything with a little water. After mixing everything, you will get the image above.
Step-4
I first shaped the potato yolks into sticks and cut them into pillow shapes with a knife. Then I used a fork and pressed a little. Now I have a pillow shape potato.
Step-5
I heated the oil and fried all those pillow shape potatoes. These potatoes are cooked and do not need to be fried for a long time. After frying for about 10 minutes, I removed the potatoes from the pan.
I added some black pepper powder and some dried chili powder to make the pillow shape potato fries taste and smell better. I paired these pillow shape potato fires with tomato sauce. These fries are lovely to look at and very tasty. I used pure corn flour instead of tempura flour, so the taste is a bit different from other potato fries. The taste is a bit like tofu fries.
