驴Cu谩l me llevo de las dos? pues aqu铆 les contar茅 mi momento al escoger las Pi帽as, en el supermercado. Las pi帽as es una de las frutas m谩s deliciosas y favoritas por su dulce sabor y agradable aroma, adem谩s que las uso para hacer mis jugos, postres y por eso siempre esta en mi lista de compras.
Which one do I take of the two?, well here I will tell you my moment of choosing the pineapples, in the supermarket. Pineapples are one of the most delicious and favorite fruits because of their sweet taste and pleasant aroma, besides I use them to make my juices, desserts and that's why they are always on my shopping list.
Pues me dirig铆 a este gran supermercado de mi cuidad, por lo general siempre me dirijo al 谩rea de verduras y frutas, esta vez voy enfocada en comprar Pi帽a, esa fruta que por excelencia contiene muchos nutrientes, minerales y vitaminas como la A y C rica en fibra y proteinas, pues son muchos motivos para consumir esta saludable fruta.
Well, I went to this great supermarket in my city, usually I always go to the vegetables and fruits area, this time I am focused on buying Pineapple that fruit that contains many nutrients, minerals and vitamins such as A and C, rich in fiber and protein, because there are many reasons to consume this healthy fruit..
Aqu铆 encontr茅 muchas Pi帽as preciosas, s铆 pero tengo que tener cuidado en escoger la ideal para llevarme a casa, porque quiero consumirla en un jugo naturalemnte delicioso, as铆 que lo primero que hago es tomarla y de acuerdo a su peso y textura, pues tiene que ser pesada, de una mano a otra compruebo esto, tambi茅n las comparo con las verdes. Pues quiero una madura y tiene que tener un aspecto amarillo o dorado.
Here I found many beautiful Pineapples, yes but I have to be careful to choose the ideal one to take home, because I want to consume it in a delicious natural juice, so the first thing I do is to take it and according to its weight and texture, it has to be heavy, from one hand to another I check its weight, I also compare it with the green ones. Well, I want a ripe one and it has to have a yellow or golden appearance.
Puedo notar por su olor, que esta buena, pues si tiene sueve y rico olor y por el contario, este no desprenda un olor fermertado, est谩 pasada, y si comenzamos a hundir los dedos y estos se hunden con facilidad, pues tampoco es bueno llevarnolas a casa. Pues una pi帽a por su color, tacto, olor y forma estaremos verificando con mucha cautela un producto 贸ptimo.
I can notice its smell, because if it has a soft and rich smell and on the contrary, it does not give off a fermented smell, it is overcooked, and if we start to sink our fingers and if they sink easily, it is not good to take them home. For a pineapple by its color, touch, smell and shape we will be verifying with great caution an optimal product.
Ahora bien, no tengo apuros,pues me tom茅 mi tiempo para escoger una fruta ideal y no embarcarme, as铆 debemos escoger nuestras frutas llenarnos de paciencia, ahora a pagar, est谩s Pi帽as estaban grandes tiene un valor de 1.68 $ equivalente a 56.1 BFS.
LLegu茅 a mi casa, pic谩ndola y prepar谩ndome un jugo para toda mi familia, si no es tu caso y deseas conservarla para otros dias, deberias picarla, refrigerarlas en envaces bien tapados, en otro caso pues si deseas conservarla por m谩s tiempo la picamos en trozos la llevas al congelador, all铆 se conservar谩n muy bien, hasta que la necesites.
