Food Photography: Hunter Valley Rib Eye Steak

We don't often eat red meat during the week and so we sometimes make an effort to include it into our diet at least once a week. This is the Hunter Valley Rib Eye from a restaurant called the Greenfield Station Bistro. It is served with fries, garden salad and mushroom sauce. The meat was tender and medium cooked throughout.
