Great weather here today. Was clear and a warm 36 degrees Celsius.
After waking up at 9am after finishing night shift just after 4am, it was pretty tough to get myself moving.
I jumped on my bike and did an easy 20 km ride. I stopped at a nice lagoon next to the Boondall Entertainment Center before heading back home.
Jumped in the pool for a few laps when I got home which was very refreshing.
After dinner we finished off the evening with a brisk walk around the suburbs.
