It is always a beautiful thing to live knowing that you’re indeed enjoying all that life has to offer. We all yearn for such rewards. We want to live in alignment with our highest powers and our true potentials, not held captive by our own limiting beliefs.
Limiting beliefs can be a prison that locks us in a state of self-doubt and stops us from reaching our greatest potential.
One of the most well-known and respected personal development trainers in the world, Tony Robbins, recently delivered a crucial message about what prevents us from reaching our full potential in terms of relationships, careers, happiness, or health. He calls them the three Ps.
So, in this post, we'll look at the three Ps Tony Robbins says you need to get rid of if you want to overcome limiting beliefs and reach your full potential.
1.. You think the problem is Permanent
It is true that life can be so difficult. A string of disappointments can build up to the point where your mind convinces you that the problem you're facing is permanent. But you must understand that no problem is permanent. Nothing is forever. Change is constant, and there’s always a new beginning.
So you must destroy the belief system that makes you think your problems are permanent. Always remember this phrase: "This too shall pass.”
The second P that keep people learned helplessness so they don’t change is
2.. Pervasive
What I mean by pervasive is this: just because you’re having a problem with your relationship, all of a sudden you feel every aspect of your life is horrible. You continue to have the mindset that if one area of your life is lacking, your entire lifestyle is miserable.
This is a dangerous limiting belief that will stifle your growth, and you must eradicate it from your mind.
The third P that stops us from reaching our potential is that:
3.. We think the problem is Personal
Of course, we all want to change our lives by working on ourselves. But if you always have the “There’s something wrong with me” mentality, automatically you start believing that, and it becomes self-fulfilling. So you give up. You keep on saying to yourself that you’re not good enough, beautiful enough, smart enough, etc.
These three Ps must be destroyed at all costs if you must fly with eagles' wings and reach the peak of your powers, living a life of fulfillment.
So which one of them is stopping you?
