I stand here in my street and I look around.
I stand here at the rooftop and I look around.
I see little patches of Green. Greens with huge old tress. Greens of life.
Other portions? - they are nothing but colonies built by us. By humans to live.
It is a common saying about human evolution that Trees wiped away and Humans kept coming into picture. I have lived in around 4 parts of my big city Gurgaon. I did not see the big tress anywhere except my current address. Some of trees here still have their ancient looks - you can clearly tell they have been here since 100 years.
It makes me sad when I look at the whole picture from rooftop. Just a few patches of green or some group of trees is still here abandoned on roadside or in parks - others wiped away to make space for us.
Hmmm, time will come. When mother Earth won't tolerate the suffering, when she will give response to humans.
