Many times I have to walk past the mirror at home, back and forth because most of the time I'm at home, I confess, I often don't want to look at myself, not just because I'm disheveled or in scruffy clothes that I feel don't flatter me. It's something deeper than that.

I would like to know what this is all about, I think it is more than a feeling of a self esteem that is not all the time at the top, there are moments of moments, some of them you don't feel so glorious and you would like to just close your eyes and not see around you, nor in front of you. Closing your eyes can be good, maybe you can see a little bit of what's inside.

Today was one of those days, that I didn't want to look at myself in the mirror, I look for a place in the world that I don't always find, it seems that my deepest self is wise and knows what I need, my body is still alive and my need for food was present. I went to the kitchen to prepare my breakfast, I placed my headphones and selected an instrumental melody, it was the first time I listened to that piece, although I love this kind of music.

Today I wanted to give myself the opportunity to listen to a different piece and it was great, as I write this it is still dancing through my mind and it is very pleasant, it made me feel so good that my mood was elevated, my feeling was exalted, I left for a moment the dough I was making, I washed my hands and went immediately to the mirror.

I stared into my eyes, while the music invited me to a moment of fulfillment. I began to say phrases to encourage myself: "I am valuable, I am important..."

Without forcing the situation, I began to smile in a genuine way, it was a sweet smile that I gave to myself, while my body moved in a wave form, to the beat of the music.

This looking at myself in the mirror while feeling full is really fantastic, more than two hours have already passed and I still feel the glow in my eyes and the melody passes like a fresh breeze through my thoughts, as if to cleanse and renew them.

This has been my first participation in this community, I hope it is to the liking of those who come to read me. Thank you very much for the opportunity.
