Is the title quite harsh? Don't get me wrong, I love myself, and I am confident every time. But of course, there are phases in life where I find myself unlovable and not doing enough. There are days when I feel like I am in a loop, and the cycle is just the same - stagnant and not getting any better.
Looking in the mirror, I reminded myself of my worth, and I am learning how to love and embrace the days when I feel down. I need to understand that such phases come and go. And that has become a power to me.
I started working out, going for a walk, and also took care of my hair. I have worked on my insecurities, and it made me feel so much better. I bought new clothes, shoes, and bags for myself. And I also enrolled in a master's degree. What a great way to make myself great again!
While doing all these, I get tired and feel drained. But I am thankful for all of it. I started loving the process of becoming a better version of myself again. I experience hardships and pressure, but I can do it.
We went to the beach recently, and I loved how I flashed my smile and confidence while taking pictures of myself. I can see the glow and happiness that comes from within. I can feel the improvements in myself, not just from the outside but also the empowerment in my heart and mind.
I can sense the beautiful changes in me. As a woman who grows throughout the years, I love the idea of making efforts to improve myself physically, emotionally, and mentally all at the same time. I work on myself in all aspects, and I can only see my goal: a great woman with a career and passion in this lifetime.
