Pablo was glued to the TV while watching the news. The reason he was so interested in the news was because it shows a scene where their town mayor was handcuffed while being led away by the police in disgrace.

"He finally got caught," Pablo murmured to himself in disbelief after seeing their town mayor get arrested for corruption.

Everyone in their town knew how corrupt their mayor was and even reported it to the authority many times, but due to the fact that most of the town officials are the mayor's cronies, nothing happened with the case.

Pablo wondered what had happened. How did the mayor get arrested? Did his crime finally catch up with him? Who reported him to the authorities? Were his political rivals responsible? Or was it his fearless secretary who once yelled "you are a chauvinist" to the mayor's face before bravely walking out of the town hall?

Pablo has so many questions in his mind with no answers. Or at least no answers yet. Pablo thinks that once the case explodes, he'll hear more news.

For now, though, he wanted to celebrate. That damn mayor finally got what he deserved, and hopefully, his town will experience positive changes now that the biggest parasite has been removed.

"Honey, the mayor has been arrested; do you want to eat out today?" Pablo asked his wife loudly.

"Not today, darling; I've already cooked dinner," his wife, who was making dinner in the kitchen, responded. "How about opening a wine bottle for dinner instead?"

"That's a great idea, honey," said Pablo in a good mood as he stood up from the sofa and went to the cellar to get a bottle of wine.

That night, Pablo and his wife celebrated the arrest of the mayor and his cronies. Although no one knows what will happen in the future, they know that their town will soon recover and become a better place to live in.
