You are a one of a kind gift from the Heavens-
A gift that needs care,
By the people, He has chosen to embrace you.
From the day you came here on Earth
You brought nothing but smiles, cheers, and joy to the people around you.
You brought light to our home
You became the concrete that solidified the pillars,
You served as a commode which completed the essence of our very house.
The world may be vast but never fear,
travel without hesitation
Face the challenges with your head up high
We, your parents shall back you up.
We are here to guide you.
Fulfill your dreams
but never forget to keep your feet on the ground
and look back from where you can from.
And as you grow older
Never grow tired of your mother's golden preaching
Always bring with you the strength of your father
And never lose sight of the home you can always go back to.
My child, it is because time continues to move forward
Each calendar page is taken down each month,
We are all aging,
and we are forgetting that our parents are aging too-
All their hair are turning white.
Their vitality fading each second,
And when this day comes,
be sure to always be there by their side,
Return all the heart they have given you
