Think about why racism was considered to be bad. It was because there were enough people in every race that could have had a significant contribution for the society and we were missing out on that talent. Now, if all you meant by inclusion was an end to racism, it would have been fine. That’s certainly not the case. It means much more than that. As it is being practiced right now, inclusion has done far more harm in the form of sacrificing talent than racism had done.
