So, using this design as a guide, we'll create a sketch to position each of the elements, such as the hair and eyes, and do it in the best possible way.

This character belongs to an anime called HUNTER X HUNTER, and his story is one of liberation. Along the way, he'll meet many friends who will help him transform his selfishness and fear into something better.

I'm putting together a sketch of this character to explore his artistic side and give it the touch you can see in the image.

In this step we are going to outline everything very well with a black marker as a coloring base for some dark parts and trying to vary between dark, thick lines and super thin lines.

As you can see here, I've finished the sketch and left the shadows with graphite so I can mark them later with ink or marker, although I recommend erasing so it doesn't affect the marker.

Once the sketch is finished, we erase everything so we can paint and the color doesn't smudge. This time I'm going to use markers.

COLORING

When coloring, I always start with the base color, which I'm used to being a very light shade, and then go darker where the shadows of the same color could go, and so on.

The outline is very important to give shape to the entire process and make it understandable. Although my marker brushes aren't that wide, I managed to emulate the design and the painting.

And although I sometimes start with a black outline, I wanted to do the outline in colors similar to the reference.

Now that the design is finished, I have to say that it has a good style and I think it turned out well, but what do you think?
