In 2021, I made good money selling NFTs and I went on vacation to Dubai. We spent the first 7 days of our vacation at the Atlantis Hotel. I rented a luxury room for $1000 per night, but on the 3rd day they upgraded our room without extra charge and we got a royal suite for $2000.
Today I remember that flight and think that I had such an expensive vacation in vain. Now I could buy several tens of thousands of HIVE for that money.
The hotel had a huge aquarium (the shark tank was right under the balconies of our room) and a beautiful swimming pool. We also went to the hotel water park for free.
Late one evening I was walking through the hotel and there was no one there.
During the day by the pool I noticed something interesting. While people were swimming in the pool, the crows were stealing their food :)
The Royal Suite is very large. Huge living room and bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
We had a large terrace. It had a beautiful view of the city and the ocean. The new Atlantis Hotel, under construction, was also visible.
And below there was an aquarium with fish. It was very beautiful in the evening when the lights were turned on and sharks and rays were swimming under our balcony.
In the evening I went out onto the terrace and I didn't drink much alcohol. You have to be careful when there are sharks nearby :)
By the way, the prices for alcohol in the hotel are very expensive, $20 for a bottle of absolute 0.05 liter vodka.
But we had a time from 17 to 19 hours, where there was any free alcohol and snacks. True, I slept twice during this time. The waitress was very surprised that I was sleeping at such a time. I just loved reading Hive and then taking a quiet nap.
Next time I earn a lot of money, I won't go to such an expensive hotel. There are a lot of good places cheaper and I want to buy a lot of HIVE. The hive brings me a lot of pleasure.
