So I work with the Marine Corps as a civillian. On the day this pic was taken, my unit was having a day where spouses could come in and see what their husbands do. It was kind of chilly that day, hence, the pink hoodie underneth the flak and Kevlar. I'm making the face because the borrowed Kevlar helmet was wet with sweat from the Marine who lent it to me. Kinda gross, but no disrespect intended.
