In the timid vision of life, being able to navigate raises your tempo.
Hello people! It has been raining here in Bangladesh, the weather really got us listening to it. We have been going through some rough times, however, living in the city did not make it any better. Alas, amid this quiet, I was sitting on my bed, listening to the raindrops and reflecting on the good times I spent last July with my friends. So, I thought, why not share it with all of you? Therefore, I am here today.
When my girls and I get together, we are always running wild and taking monomad photographs. So, I have mostly those to share. I hope you all like them. Interestingly, that day was cloudy and, as planned, we went to an old resort and historic place in Gazipur. Most of you who live in Bangladesh know what I am talking about. We went to Nuhash Polli. It is such a thriving sanctuary for writers and people who like living next to nature. While taking this picture, I recall pointing to the glaze of the water while my bestie captured the moment. We stayed near this huge pond for a really long time, catching up on our current lives and reflecting on the dreams we still yearn to accomplish.
Following that, we moved to another place. This time it was a huge resort. I will share the rest of the photos in my travel blog, but I intended to share this specific image that again made us come to a halt while we sat and chatted for a long time, feeling and living the breeze near the big lake.
Life only gave us these brief moments from 2025, and we had to make the most of them while we struggled in our own lives. The picture is not only making me walk back into that thriving memory but also making me relive that moment. I remember how we sat there and had hot tea from the stall while little raindrops threatened to wet us all, but we sat firmly, enjoying every bit of the moment. It all lasted for about 10 minutes maybe, but it was the highlight of the day, actually, evening.
After the day long travel, we returned to our workplaces, homes, or apartments, but the day stuck with us and we all agreed that it was a beautiful experience. Almost after 2 years later, we got to live a life that we chose for a day.
Sitting under the moonlight later on made me feel thankful that I got a moment like this to look back on. I was happy to reflect and smile to myself, what a wonderful day. At that exact moment, I took out my phone and clicked a picture of the moon. The very same moon we all saw that night, but just from different places.
To those of you who do not travel much or are drained by the hurdles of daily life, take some time out for yourself and live your small dreams, because fulfilling those dreams is the reason you started to earn in the first place. That is the case for me. Thank you all for your time. I hope you could reflect on a similar moment in your own life while reading mine. Have a beautiful day ahead!
