More heat with even Spearfish Canyon baking in almost 100 degree heat so not much of a day to get outdoors.
Had bloodwork done in Rapid City in the morning and then some shopping so it was after noon when we got back to Spearfish and I figured it wasn't time for any run.
So Lulu and I headed up to the canyon for a few slightly cooler miles on the trails.
A bit of a breeze and some building clouds helped moderate the heat and Lulu could dip her feet in the creek to cool off on a 3 and a half miles. Tired but hopefully I'll Peak up going forward.
