Despite the day being fairly cold and overcast, I ended up with a nice run overall.
I'll just be glad when it's springtime and the days aren't so short. It seems by the time the sun is up and time to run the click is already around 9 am. At least the main roads were clear of snow and the footing was good when I went out (although the sidewalks still had a layer of crusty ice and snow but not too bad).
Of course this is AS and most if the idiots in this area can't figure out how to drive with any snow on the ground so several vehicle collisions on my run - always a joy to have to watch for sliding cars while I'm running 馃槻馃槻馃槻
No afternoon workout as an hour sitting in the cold at the park wad enough for us all and better to get some online courses done while the weather isn't nice. I like to see some winter touches on the landscape but here in the southwest it just feels miserable instead of the refreshing cold of New England or the northern states. Hopefully I'll leave this state behind sooner than later and get back to a more enjoyable place - won't be soon enough.
