Another hot Friday for my Actifit report to end the week.
At least it was cooler today with the thermometer only getting up to 99 during my run. Too bad the air was still so no breeze to temper it at all. Overall it wasn't too bad a run as my pace was good but the break from running the past few days meant I didn't really have great endurance for a long run. Maybe I'll be able to get out nice and early for a longer try.
Did a brisk 4 mile late afternoon walk over to the grocery store to pick up some essentials for the weekend. None of the mask Nazis gave me an attitude for not wearing a face diaper but I guess when I'm dressed in just a singlet and shorts and all hot and sweaty they know better than to give me any lip.
