Here's my happy Friday Actifit report.
Another week in the books with a good morning run although not as strong or long ad I would have liked. Time to look at the upcoming weekend and see what I want to do.
Nothing says Spring like all of the flowers popping out all over, especially the beautiful California Poppy
as well as the many wildflowers.
Even spotted a hummingbird blast by me so a sure sign the warm weather is here at last. Just not looking forward to running long runs in the Arizona heat but at least it won't be as hot as the triple digit in Phoenix.
