Digo maracucho porque no es una manera habitual de preparación al que yo conocía así que quede sorprendida con este tipo de preparación que ella hizo, ya que no era la preparación habitual yo lo conozco no era porque ella tiene por particularidad para prepararla de agregarle mostaza, alcaparras, vinagre, tomate cosa que no me parecía para el mondongo, pero puedo decir que le quedo muy bueno

Todo le quedo muy blando y además que le echo un cuajo de arroz licuado para que le quedara espeso, óseo este licuado es de arroz crudo y luego lo escurre y el agua que destila lo echa a la preparación me comí mi porción y de la misma me dio sueño y dormí un rato.
