I needed something fast but tasty... My guests were coming and I had no time for bakeing.
I love surpriseing my friemds and I always make them something to eat so I started to panic what to do now.
I can always serve them cookies from the store but that's not my thing so I mixed this up.
Ot tasted wonderful, heavenly and is so easy and fast to make. And as I looove chees this is my kind of dessert.
You will need:
2 tubes of oreo
1 cup melted butter
Blend the cookies and add melted butter. It needs to be mud like consistencie.
Press it into mold and put in the freezer until you make creams.
Cream 1:
600g cream chees philadelphia or mascarpone
200ml whipped cream
1 vanilla sugar or some extract
Icing sugar to taste
Mix cream chees,vanilla sugar amd icong sugar.
Whipp the whipping cream until stiff peaks.
Put two of them together and poure it on the cookies. Put in the fridge until you make cream two.
Cream 2:
2 cups of dark chocolate
1 cup of cooking cream
100ml whipping cream
Melt on low heat chocolate with cooking cream. Put it to rest until it cools down.
Whipp the whipping cream and slowely add to chocolate. When you put it all together poure over cream one.
I put marshmallows on top of it and poured some melted chocolate as decoration.
