Today I came back to you again with a new recipe how l fried crispy eggs with potatoes. I hope you like it.
So let's see how I fried a very tasty egg with potatoes.
Here are the ingredients to make crispy eggs fry with potatoes-
1- Two eggs
2- one potato
3- Four small onion chopped
4- Seven to eight green chilli slices
5- Half teaspoon turmeric powder
6- Salt to taste and
7- Quantity of cooking oil etc.
How to fry-
Step-1
At first I washed a potato, four small onions and seven to eight green peppers well here. Now I will cut the potato into small pieces. So the potatoes have been cut into small pieces. This time I have chopped onion and green chilli chopped it.
Step-2
This time I have added salt and a teaspoon of turmeric powder to taste inside the onion powder and green chilli powder. This time I grabbed them with my hands in a good way.
Step-3
This time I put the chopped potatoes inside it. This time I rubbed all these together with my hands.
Step-4
This time I put 2 eggs inside it. Now I will mix all together. So all of them have been mixed together.
Step-5
This time I put a ring in the oven and put some oil in the pan. This time I have mixed the eggs inside it well and made it uniform in all directions. This time I will light it on a low flame for a while. After a while I turned the egg over. Many may be broken when overturned. Therefore, if you put it on a plate first and then turn it over slowly, there is no possibility of it breaking. So I didn't break it, I just turned it upside down. So in this way I have folded the two sides upside down. So I have easily made a very tasty egg fry with potatoes. This time I put it in a container. See how beautiful you are inside. And if it is fried on a light flame in this way, it becomes potato cooked from inside. Many people go to fry in a hurry, the potatoes are not cooked inside and then burned from the outside.
