  • 1 cup of rice
  • Green bell pepper
  • dry mint
  • Olive oil
  • One medium onion
  • Parsley
  • Grated tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • enough salt

We lightly fry our chopped onion in olive oil.
