Another birthday cake made by me 🍰

Few days ago, I and my course mate Mr. Toni got chatting and he asked me to make a lovely cake for his pretty wife just as I did last year.
Unlike last year, this year, I had no idea of what I should do because he didn't send me a sample. I searched and got dome samples and then I called him to ask if he would love either handbag, shoe or makeup design on the cake and he asked me to do a handbag and shoe.
I asked him for her favourite colours and he told me.

Can you tell me the items on the cake?

He reminded me of her name so that I would inscribe it on the cake and I told him that wouldn't be romantic enough, from a husband to his wife. I suggested we inscribe the pet name he usually calls her and he told me it's 'dear'
I promised to make something lovely and I was happy that they loved the cake.

Complete work without inscriptions

My husband, special manager and co-designer @eugenecr7 told me the inscriptions would have been best on the board while the decorations should have been on top but unfortunately I couldn't effect the corrections because the cake was already taken to a distance of about two hours lolz.

I'll make something similar for someone, someday and effect the corrections.
